Pro Series, Inc
Every facet of your event

Driven by a team of passionate professionals, Pro Series, Inc. (PSI) is an industry leader in the growing field of corporate-sponsored special events. PSI offers comprehensive event management solutions which leave lasting impressions for all who attend their events. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this full-service integrated marketing firm provides corporations with unique and cost-effective marketing opportunities. PSI is best known for the creation and production of the Air & Sea Show®, which has become one of the world’s largest spectator events along with Fleet Week USA®. While our credentials include a stellar reputation, impeccable track record and impressive client base, our point of difference is that we take responsibility for our clients success and we’re on hand 24/7 throughout the duration of a project to manage quality control and to ensure that your event is extraordinary.

From world-class auto racing, performing arts, city festivals and fund raising for charities, PSI helps clients identify the right promotional vehicles to reach their target audiences, and then offers the full complement of services needed to create effective programs. Founded in 1986, PSI has a proven track record for producing first-class events that meet or exceed the marketing goals of its corporate clients. Our attention to detail is renowned and evident in every aspect of our projects – from creative visualization, décor, entertainment, crowd control, security and disaster management.

In 1987, PSI orchestrated the first corporate-sponsored offshore power boat racing series in the history of the sport. In 1989, PSI took over production of the Budweiser Air & Water Show of Chicago, bringing corporate sponsorship to the event for the first time in its 31-year history. The Show became the largest two-day spectator event in the United States, drawing more than 2.7 million people to Chicago’s lakefront. In 1995 the Shell Air & Sea Show in Fort Lauderdale, FL a first-time event drew 800,000 people to Fort Lauderdale beach -- more than any two “spring breaks” combined. In 1996 those figures more than tripled to 2.5 million. Now called the Air & Sea Show, attendance has peaked to more than 4 million people a year, according to military estimates. More than 40 corporate sponsors contribute to the show’s $5 million price tag. PSI paired the show with Fleet Week USA, to create the National Salute to America’s HeroesSM.

Other major events produced by PSI include Disney World’s 20th Birthday Party, the 200th Anniversary of the US Coast Guard, the Chicago White Sox Comiskey Park Opening Festivities, the 1997 Miller Truck Drop, and the 1997 & 2003 Florida Marlins’ World Series Championship victory boat parades.

PSI is a trendsetter in their approach to sponsored events by customizing each sponsorship package to fit the marketing needs of individual corporations. PSI does not use typical “Silver-Gold-Platinum” levels of sponsorship packages that essentially “force” sponsors to fit into events in predetermined ways. Instead, creative promotions and cross promotions are developed to attain maximum positive exposure for each of PSI’s clients.

PSI offers the resources and experience to help companies get the most value from their sponsorship investment. Our expertise includes administration, legal, accounting, public relations, operations and everything needed to handle the sponsor's entire special events program. The goal is to provide a quantifiable, cost-effective investment for corporations that become a winning proposition for everyone involved.
